5 Things Every Mom Should Do to Be Her Best Self

- Keep God at the center of your life. A strong relationship with Him brings peace, guidance, and strength for motherhood.
- Wake up at least two hours before your kids. Use this time to pray, reflect, move your body, or simply enjoy a quiet moment before the day begins. It makes a huge difference! & prep everything the night before. Trust me!
- Make time for yourself—without guilt. Whether it’s a manicure, a solo coffee run, or just reading a book, doing something just for you each month helps you recharge.
- Take care of your body. Fuel yourself with nourishing food, stay hydrated, and stick to your fitness goals—(I know, I know, easier said than done! Girl, 10 Mondays than went by, and I still haven’t pressed my way on in the gym).
- Be present and soak up every moment. The cuddles, the messes, the tantrums—it’s all fleeting. Embrace it while it lasts.
- Surround yourself with a supportive community. Motherhood isn’t meant to be done alone. Having good friends or a support system makes all the difference.
